you can sleep and sleep but you will still be tired
you can run and run but you will still be wired
it doesnt matter what you do
your body wont listen to you

you can think and think but you'll never know the answer
you can punch and punch but this anger is like resiliant cancer
it doesnt matter what you do
your body wont listen to you

but when you let everything out
you'll realize its you against you in this bout
its sitting there on a dusty shelf
hidden deep down inside yourself
your inner peace is waiting to be free
you have to learn to just let things be

thats the only remedy for your rage
inner peace will take it, and lock it in a cage
