Take a step back, see whats going on
look at your friends, you had such a close bond
life goes by and you grow apart
you know their decisions arent very smart
the choices you thought you'de never have to make,,
the bond that was so tight, is beginning to brake,
so many oppurtunties and choices,
in your head you hear your parents voices
'do you really want to take that hit?
is your life so bad you need that shit?'
'you know i provide
the time has come for you to decide.'

now its far to late, you now realize that time does not wait.
you know your life would not be the same
you would have put your parents to shame
luckily there love conquered all for
they would not let you take that fall

You now have a family life,
complete with a son and a beautiful wife,
The decision that you had to make,
all the drugs that you decided not to take
They have finally brought what is due
You learned the love that will now get him through.
