You spend your life blending in with life,
Begging,
Pleading,
To fit in with the crowd.
But don’t you get tired of that,
Being another black-and-white.
When you could be so many colors.
There’s a world out there,
Just waiting for you to be in it.
To be free and individual.
Where you can express your inner feelings,
And be recognized as yourself,
Not another clone.
You know you say to yourself,
I can’t hold up this charade,
I can’t continue being many
When I could be one.
Well there’s a chance for that,
If you let yourself go,
And become free.
