Just a girl she was to him

He puts her in his hand

And told her they will always be

Could he stay a man?

I wish her heart was meant for me

My love could surely be the key

I watch him quickly say goodbye

Her loving heart could not comply

Clutched beneath his grasps I see

A love was built completely

Broken times of a hurt filed mind

Torn emotions had made her blind

I sit to wonder, he split apart

The innocence of a trusting heart

Gone and forgotten, never again

My loving care could never mend

Another lost love in this world

A lost little girl sit and curled

I would treat her right i knew

But her the one just had no clue

Another is waiting in her place

For now she must put on her face

The lasting love of ignorance

Lost to him without a hence

I sit and watch the endless pain

Slowly turning me insane

A heart gone forever in time

Her love never to be mine

We could have been happy

Or even had a family

I loved her and will always miss

Her once lived devotion and kindness
