Suppose you saw your sister
Holding your favorite teddy bear
Tears roll down her cheeks
She misses you
You were her best friend
Her only friend
Her big sister
Suppose you saw your brother
Angry and upset
Hating the world he lived in
Because no one helped his sister
His dear little sister
From that death
That awful death
Suppose you saw your mother
Tears streaming down her face
And a bottle in her right hand
She can't bare the thought
Of facing reality
She lost someone special
She lost her daughter
Suppose you saw your father
Trying to hold back his tears
Before they slowly run down his face
He's crying
Because he lost his child
His baby girl
The one that made him laugh
And the one that made him cry
Suppose you saw that letter
The letter you wrote while weeping
Saying how much you hated life
Because your life was depressing
Too depressing to go on
And you would rather be dead
Then alive
Suppose you saw yourself
In another world
Slowly watching your life pass by
Memories of your childhood
Fill your head
Your sister's birth
Your brother's jokes
Your mother's kiss
Your father's hug
Your eyes slowly fill up with tears
Before they stream down your cheeks
It all begins to make sense
You gave up so much
For what
Because now you will never get to see
Your sister growing up
Your brother finishing collage
Because now you will never get to see
Your mother smiling
Your father laughing
Now it is my turn
To step in
I have a question
A rather simple question
Why would you kill yourself
When you had so much to lose?
