Nothing Left

Boxed in, shattered glass
Blood covered hockey mask
Hands trembling, legs shaking
Like a weak soldier on the verge of breaking

Time pasts, life wasted
Unhinged doors, left adjacent
Memories lost, and how i lost them
Crimson wrist , and what it cost him

Closed lips, and open books
Giving life, and what it took
Crushed spirits, and deep holes
Traveling nowhere, and expensive tolls

Abused children, and distasteful men
Experiencing birth, and losing twins
Starting life, and preparing for death
And that's the end, there's nothing left
