It's funny how things change
In the blink of an eye,
And if you don't slow down
It will pass you by.

Life travels too fast
It's hard to explain,
The faster it goes
It will cause you pain.

Don't think about yesterday
Or even tomorrow,
Just think about today
And think for a while.

You have to live through the game
And live through it right,
Because if you miss it
Things will never be the same.

Don't say I didn't warn you

You have to stop and slow down
