obscured vision
i struggle to feel
i gasp for air
but find nothing is real
my blood can take me
to another place
where my life is better
and i have a different face
i reach for the blade
but i fear it is gone
taken away
for the things i've done wrong
now i have nothing
to ease my pain
im left to drown
in my never ending shame
