Hollow

My soul's gone hollow,
forever changed,
too long I have kept bottled up rage.
Frozen in ice,
and incased in stone,
awaiting a savior that is unknown.
I am forever trapped,
Theses things, these creatures,
shall always bind me,
leaving me blind hopeless and never free.
If I continue on this path of darkness,
I could stay in this world of shadows and lead a life of lonliness.
But for once,
I think, I shal taste the light,
instead of sleeping through frosty chilled nights.
I draw my breath,
and take a step,
not knowing if it's my old life I should have kept.
