When the sudden warm light
slowly fell
beneath the cold empty moon
I felt as white as snowflakes
shone silently
disturbed quickly
Not knowing the way on up
falling to soon.
It came to me-
my dreams are beautiful but not nearly enough
not as easy as it seems
for alone I still lay
Upon my restless pillow quietly
Beside my old familiar ground
like silence of the night
there is nothing new-not a sound
There is nothing
not one single thing that is worse
than the feeling of being down.
