I am a teen experiencing pain
thinking i have nothing to gain
I am a girl with a broken heart
the boy i loved has torn apart
I am a daughter wondering about death
curious about my future's path
I am a young lady trying to determine my fate
fighting anger and avoiding hate
I am a friend that acts like a clown
just to turn a frown upside down
I am a student struggling to succeed
while trying to fulfill all my needs
I am a person living a nightmare
wishing someone would actually care.
