You Don’t Believe

Look at my face
Look into my eyes
Do you see the tears?
Can you feel my pain?

Can you find the truth?
Or do you just listen...
The truth is out there
Yet you do not reach out

For what has always been there
In your reach
It was not I
It was not you

It wasn't them
Can you not see?
What I’m trying to say
I still love you

Yet you push me away
My Life might shatter
And my heart might be broken
And my spirit might leave

My reasons for living
Have been narrowed down
Just when we thought
All was ok

Something else
Rose from afar
All I know
Or can figure out

Is that I tried
Tried all that I could
And Yet
It all will come out
