If Only I Was Free

I want to be outside
And run around and try to fly.
To feel the wind blow through my hair,
I won’t ever get enough of that air.

To lay on the grass,
Will not ever be a pass.
Just to let me see it’s viewing,
Will definitely make me go loony.

Being outside,
Is the only time I feel like I’m alive.
When being inside,
Won’t show me a guide.

To what I want to be,
For now, I just want to be free.
If only I was….
