I watch you,
You have changed,
No longer do you smile with crimson lips,
Nor flatter with hazel eyes.
I do not remember you,
As you are now,
Shattered,
Distorted.
You cry as I do,
Smile weakly as I do,
You scream back at me as I mutter silent curses,
Changed.
No more do you sing songs in the shower,
Or watch figures pass through the window.
You don’t laugh,
Or play anymore.
Now you scream,
And the only thing you watch is I,
You always stare back,
Different.
I don’t remember,
Nor do I think I want to,
You confuse me,
My shattered mirror.
