we sit and laugh and go on with our life
passing people by without a care
making funny of what to us seems weird
hurting people who just seems a little different
we point and share and have a big laugh
cause to us this is all just a big game
but for the one who cries at night
it's no game but just a painful reality
yet we never get that the one that's missing out is us
for everyone has a story to tell and something to give
for every person is a gift
and only when you treat people the way they deserve to be treated
will you get the biggest gift of all
seeing a smile on someone else face instead of a tear
