You laugh aloud,
I cry inside.

You're killing me softly,
But I abide.

I loved you truly,
You didn't care.

I told you my feelings,
You wouldn't share.

Breaking my back to hold you,
Keeping you on top.

You did nothing for me,
You didn't ever stop.

I hated to love you, you loved to hate me.

Holding back tears,
Supporting your lies.

What I had loved,
I've come to despise.
